Today Madeline (my 3-year-old niece) and I drove past Hobby Lobby and she said, "We went there one day to get noodles."
To which I replied, "Noodles???"
And she said, "Netting Noodles"
I told her, "Yes, you are right, we went there one day to get knitting needles."
There is never a dull minute when Madeline is around.
Help!!! I am a rich woman trapped in a working woman's body!

my Grandaughter Madeleine then aged 2 said something similar...I asked her what she had for breakfast, she said a pea..a pea? I asked, hmm, she thought for a minute and no Grandma, I had two peas...two peas? I enquired...yes she said, 'two pieces of toast' !! I love it!! Netting noodles are great to knit with :^)
Maddie is three now and still says some brilliant things..keeps me amused for hours...
