My mom made a Sophie Bag and she actually followed the pattern and made it the way it was supposed to be made.
She carried it into the LYS the other day and they loved it. They took her picture and put it on their blog entry for February 1, 2007. My mom is a great lady and I think she makes the most awesome felted bags. I think it is pretty cool when someone else appreciates them.

That's awesome. i didn't even know Loops had a blog. I will definitely be keeping an eye on it. Your mom looks way cute in the photo.
